What do you desire?

Not what’s practical. Not what’s expected of you. Not what’s been handed to you by a lifetime of conditioning.

But what do you truly, deeply, unapologetically desire?

For so many women, that question feels distant, indulgent, or even unsafe. We’ve been taught to suppress our longings, to trade them in for practicality, and to meet everyone else’s needs first.

We’ve been handed a life blueprint and told, Follow this. Be grateful for it.

But what if you don’t want the script you’ve been given?

What if something more—something bigger—has been waiting for you this whole time?

Desire is The Language of The Feminine

Desire isn’t frivolous. It’s not selfish. It’s not a problem to be solved.

Desire is the pulse of life itself—the force that fuels expansion, creativity, and full-bodied aliveness. It’s how we step fully into the life we were meant to live.

But somewhere along the way, we were taught to fear it.

Why Desire Feels So Triggering for Women

For centuries, The Feminine has been framed as passive, selfless, and nurturing—qualities that are beautiful in balance but suffocating when weaponized by cultural conditioning.

Desire, however, is expansive, wild, and unapologetic. It asks us to want more, to crave deeply, to pursue pleasure—not just for others, but for ourselves. And that’s where things get uncomfortable.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that wanting more—more love, more freedom, more pleasure, more space—is greedy. That craving something beyond what we’ve been given means we’re ungrateful. That the desire for deep intimacy, soul-shaking sex, and financial abundance makes us too much.

And the ultimate shutdown?
“Don’t be so high-maintenance.”

How many times have you heard that phrase? How many times have you dimmed yourself to avoid being seen as too demanding, too needy, too ambitious?

Here’s the truth:

🔥 Wanting more isn’t high-maintenance—it’s highly self-aware.

The Feminine was never meant to shrink, sacrifice, or settle. She was made to expand.

And yet, from the moment we were born, we were handed what I call The Patriarchal Playbook—a set of unspoken rules about who we should be and how we should behave.

The Patriarchal Playbook: How We Were Trained to Disconnect from Desire

Every woman’s Patriarchal Playbook looks a little different.

Yours may have been shaped by:
The culture you were born into
The religion that framed your upbringing
The generational beliefs passed down through your family
The unspoken rules of the place you grew up

Maybe it told you that being a ‘good girl’ meant staying quiet, accommodating, and never making waves.

Or maybe it glorified independence—but only the kind that didn’t threaten or inconvenience anyone else.

Whatever the details, the core message was the same:

👉 Prioritize pleasing others over your own needs.
👉 Shrink yourself to fit into neat little boxes of acceptability.
👉 Measure your worth by how much you achieve or how well you care for others.

And in following that script, desire—the raw, unfiltered longing for more—got buried under layers of expectation, guilt, and duty.

But the magic of all of this?

By midlife, most women are hot damn ready to burn the playbook and write their own damn rules.

My guess?

🔥 If you’re reading this right now, this is you.

You’re done with playing by someone else’s rules. You’re ready to reclaim what’s yours—your voice, your desires, your power.
And it starts here.

The Neuroscience of Desire: Your Brain Was Built for More

This isn’t just about personal empowerment. It’s biological.

Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches that your thoughts and emotions create your reality. But here’s the kicker—your brain needs big dreams to latch onto.

When you vividly imagine your desires and embody the emotions of already having them, your brain starts wiring itself toward that reality.

And here’s the neuroscience behind it:

🔥 Visualizing desire lights up the brain’s reward system, releasing dopamine and other feel-good chemicals.

When we suppress desire, we’re not just denying ourselves pleasure—we’re starving our brains of what they need to thrive.

Reclaiming desire isn’t just spiritual; it’s physiological. It’s how we wake up our bodies, minds, and souls, shifting from survival mode into a state of expansion, creativity, and aliveness.

Your desires are not frivolous—they are fuel for your brain, your nervous system, and your future.

🔥 I Dare You to Dream Bigger 🔥

What if your life could be grander than you’ve ever let yourself imagine?

What if everything you want—more passion, more money, more freedom, deeper love, wild success—was actually possible for you?

I dare you to take those ‘safe’ little dreams, the ones that feel just reasonable enough to be acceptable, and double them. Triple them.

Because here’s the truth:
You were never meant to settle.
You were meant to take up space. To be fully seen. To create a life that turns you on every damn day.

So, let me ask you again:
What do you desire?
